It’s all relative. To the squirrel It’s the stash of acorns hidden away. To us poor humans it’s the vanity of the diamonds. At least for the squirrel it’s food.

The piece starts with a duduk in C minor before Duane Eddy makes an appearance moving it into C major. The magical voice of Kara and her merry band of squirrels appear before making way for the boy who never grew up and who still lives in hope of finding his diamonds. With the grace of a well rosined bow a Tiger arrives to scratch the earth and the whole thing moves along before finishing with the roll of a battered zildjian.
