What is a beach blanket party without pop-driven boy/girl angst?

Stellarartwars’ has a lot of material to choose from. And while most of his catalogue is fully produced remixes, there are a handful of songs he shared with us — stems and all — that have not been remixed. 4 Real is one of those songs.

I tried to capture the spirit of Frankie & Annette (and perhaps a bit of Phil) adding some timpani, bells, claps and strings to enhance the tracks already laid down by Stellarartwars and to perhaps expoloit the retro-pop feel he intended. All the lyrics are Stellarartwars, except for the bridge.
