Mr Johnson and Mr Robbins
radiotimes
During my time in London I met many people and none more special than Mr Johnson. He had worked in the City but one day his wife came home early and found him upstairs parading in her clothes. They divorced and as happens he was left with very little . His most precious possession was his dog Mr Robbins. I only met him once, on the Embankment, as later when I took some of my friends to meet him he was nowhere to be found.
The Bass and guitar are played by a great find -Trip Wamsley - Take a listen to his great guitar work at Magnatune.
The oboe is played by my good friend Mr Larry Ogden a great hit with the ladies at parties with his elephant impersonation. Services provided free of charge save for 6 Stellas.
As a nod to DHR everythings natural, warts and all!!
