When I was doing my last secret mixter I made a whole heap of oneshot samples and random tones from Mana Junkie’s mixed tracks.
Some of these are just too good to throwout, so here’s me running with the 80’s theme with my secret mixter B side.
I listened to a lot of UK synth pop during the 80’s and this is right out of Bernard Sumner’s playbook.
Both David Forests and MJ’s vocals were quite noisy so I decided to embrace the fuzz and made it a lo fi feature of the mix.
Hope this brings back some memories!
